Steven Pflanzer Obituary
Steven R. Pflanzer, 56, De Pere, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 4, 2014. Steve was a successful sales representative for several area companies during his career. He was always very active in sports, particularly racquetball, basketball, and golf. Also, he never turned down a game of cribbage.
Steve is survived by his mother, Betty Jane, Baraboo, WI; one sister, Diane Stoff, Azle, TX; one brother, Michael Pflanzer, Los Angeles, CA; and his nieces and nephews.
His father, Anton, and stepmother, Marcie, went on to the other side ahead of him.
Steve was a good friend to many and it was always a pleasure to compete with him in a game. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
Simply Cremation assisted the family with arrangements, 431-0100.

Steve was my favorite account rep. As stated previously his comment "I'm on it" was always his trademark.Never forgot about me and always had a smile. I will truly miss you Steve. You were a very good friend :)

So very sorry to lose someone so young. Steve and I were classmates and we crossed paths off and on. We were facebook friends as well of late and it was great to hear from him. My heart goes out to his family and friends.

Steve was one of my best friends growing up in Green Bay, beginning at St. Joe's grade school, Franklin Jr High, and West High. We lived in the same neighborhood so we did it all: scouts, football, basketball, hockey in the street, baseball, and golf. As adults in different cities, we would only occasionally run into each other, with happy smiles and great memories. I am stunned and deeply saddened at our loss of Steve. May you be happily reunited with your dad, Tony, another great man. Mike, another great friend growing up, you have my deepest sympathy.
