Stuey made a bet with me that "The Bad" in The Good, the Bad and the Ugly was played by Eli Wallach; while I claimed that "The Bad" was played not by Eli Wallach, but by Lee Van Cleef and that Eli Wallach played "The Ugly".
Everyone insisted that I was sure to lose the bet, as Stuey was never wrong about these things; especially. Clint Eastwood movie trivia.
He lost that particular bet And gracefully hurled a $20 bill from the third floor outside of the Inside Out Cafe, where he lives at the time.
I also remember presenting him with a bottle of Southern Comfort, for which he thanked me for one of the severest hangovers he ever had!

First met The Legend at Hamden High School. Forget what class but he was memorable and all Hamden . So glad we reconnected via Facebook and were able to meet up at Glenwood and at the HHS class of "69" Reunion.

Stu I have the utmost respect and love for you
Being around you always made me happy. You always knew where everyone was and dates of anything that happened. There will never be a man like you again. Legends like you live in all our hearts. See you later

Stu has been my neighbor since I moved to Milford in 2001 and always had a kind word to say and great stories. When Stu came across the street to talk, I always knew that I was going to have a smile on my face. His love of the Yankees and Yale was un-wavering. I loved hearing his stories about Micky Mantle and Roger Maris. I will miss him and send my regrets to his family.

The last time I saw Stu was at our 50th high school reunion. We lost touch through the years. When reminiscing with Stu at the reunion it was like we saw each other yesterday. That´s the type of man he was. In one word he was genuine. May he rest in peace. Go Yale!

You will always be the Great DaDa.
Love you forever Dad. Thank you for being the best possible father always. You taught me how to live a life full of love and laughter. I’m still learning how to be the best version of myself but I hope to raise my kids how you and mom raised us and help them be their best selves. I’ll keep making you proud Dad. And I’ll take care of mom

My greatest moments with Stu were anytime Yale beat Harvard in THE GAME at Yale Bowl. As soon as those victorious games ended, Stu and I were hugging each other in incomparable celebration!
