Ruth Fox Obituary
Titusville
Ruth Kathe Fox, 91, a longtime Titusville resident, passed away on December 22, 2016.
Ruth was born in Bockau, Germany on October 31, 1925 to parents Martin and Meta Baumann. She came to the United States in 1948 and married John Fox.
She is survived by her daughter, Dr. Kathy Jo Thompson, M.D. (husband, Thomas); her grandsons, John (Dana) Thompson and Ian (Jennifer) Thompson; great-grandchildren, John Fox and Emilia Thompson.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 38 years, John Fox.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 1:15 pm at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 2 pm.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her name to First Presbyterian Church of Titusville, 1235 S Park Ave, Titusville, FL 32780.

Mrs. Fox was a lovely neighbor. Kind and gentle, she loved her family dearly, and her crazy little dogs too! She looked forward to family dinners and cooking a feast for them. I remember Ruth from all the dedicated hours she volunteered at the Brevard County Health Dept in Titusville. She was invaluable to the people who worked there. Ruth was always in a good mood, loved to tell her stories of Germany and her family and she volunteered tirelessly. I know she is missed. Rest in peace, Ruth, with John. I love the memories you gave to me.

Thinking of you all with love and fond memories of Aunt Ruth; remembering summer trips to Titusville and spending time visiting at Nanny's, both filled with lots of laughter sprinkled in with the German! So glad to have known this unique lady; gone but not forgotten.
