May many fond memories, the words of friends, and faith in Jesus, comfort you through this time. I teamed many years ago with Richmond Emmaus and Sue was on the team. She was so much fun to be with and her love of Jesus showed in all she did. DeColores!

To the Beals family,
My heart breaks for you all, though I do find great comfort knowing that Sue is with her Lord and Savior and watching over all of us. She inspired me so much especially towards the end with her determination and commitment to her family and the Emmaus and Chrysalis communities. She will be sorely missed. And now, holding a candle on a weekend will mean even more to me.

The Beals Family,
I was so saddened to hear of Susies death.I admired her and her family. You all inspired me with the the way you all were so dedicated and close , you do not see that often. It was a pleasure to have shared a room with her at Sheltering Arms. I am sure she will be surely missed by all. Remember she has gone to the right place and will no longer endure the pain she suffered. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sorrow.
