SUSAN FONTANA Obituary
Age 47, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Baldwin, passed away suddenly on July 26, 2018. Susan is survived by her beloved husband Michael Fontana; children Jeffrey (Danielle) and Noelle (Alex Burkley) Wojnovich; stepchildren Ethan, Emily, and Elyse Fontana; brother Glenn (Diane) Huetter, Jr.; sisters Beth (Chester) Haynes and Amy (Michael) Pistelli; mother Judith Huetter; dogs Tonka, Jagger, Benny, and Maxx; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Glenn A. Huetter, Sr. Susan was a loving, compassionate nurse. She loved and lived life to the fullest and enjoyed taking care of people. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. She was a large part of the community, including being a part of the Citizens Police Academy. She is loved and will be greatly missed by all those she impacted in her life. Family and friends will be received on Sunday, July 29, 2018, 2 p.m. - 8 p.m., and Monday, July 30, 2018, 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236. A Funeral Ceremony will be held Tuesday, July 31, 2018, 10:00 a.m., in the Funeral Home Chapel. Condolences may be left at www.jeffersonmemorial.biz.

Jeff and Noelle,
I am so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She always had such a beautiful contagious smile any time I saw her. I have fond memories of times spent with her watching Jeff and Aaron play roller hockey in South Park and Pleasant Hills Roller Hockey leagues all those years ago. My thoughts, prayers and deepest sympathy to you both as well as your entire family. You will always have an angel with you.

Family members, I met Susan at the CPA class of 2016. While I did not know Susan well, more of an acquaintance, I always thought that the world needed more people like her. She will be deeply missed. I will keep her and the family in my prayers for spiritual guidance and strength at this most difficult time.

Jeffrey and Noelle I'm so sorry to hear of your mothers passing. I graduated with her from Baldwin and kept in touch with her when you lived in Pleasant Hills. She's your angel now and will always be with you. Praying for you and your family during this difficult time.
