Sue even though we have only spent 5 weeks with you over the last 12 years those times have given us both some very special memories( and some great hangovers!). You always welcomed us with a warm heart and open arms. Your sense of humour and love for life will stay with us forever. Although the miles between are vast you are always in our hearts and thoughts. We will meet again some day but in the meantime hears to you with a glass of red. Now go kick some heavenly butt. All our love forever marie ska England, rachael aka princess lala.

New Years Eves and Canucks games will not be the same without you, Sue. We'll miss you singing "Red Solo Cup" (badly!) and our friendly arguments about goalies and centres.

Sue,
I'm sorry I didn't make it in time to be by your side. I am forever grateful for the 8.5 years we had together. We enjoyed a lot of good times; camping, tubing, hiking, and hanging out with the love of our life: Kona! You were there for me and my mum when she fought her own battle with Bone Cancer and after her passing in 2004. I can't thank you enough for soo many great memories. I only wish we could have more. A piece of my heart went with you when you left. I will NEVER forget you; your laugh, your dedication to RCMP, your love for dogs, your love for life!
I am glad you are no longer suffering and I hope you are enjoying a beverage or two watching the Canucks win the Stanely Cup!!
You will be in my heart and thoughts forever!
Love you,
Nic and Kona (sends her licks)

I believe this is how Sue lived her life:

“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!”

Miss you soo much
