Las Vegas - Susan Marie (Lacko) Klebanow of Las Vegas, NV passed away on September 14, 2025, after battling an illness for the past year. She was 67 years old. She was born and lived in Lansing, NY before moving to Las Vegas in 1991.

Susan graduated from Lansing High School in 1976 and attended the Rochester Business Institute. She worked as an administrative assistant at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration for over 10 years and later worked at the Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Over many years, Sue enjoyed attending Werner Family Reunions whenever she could. She was predeceased by her parents, Albert M. and Dorothy (Werner) Lacko.

Sue enjoyed traveling with Andrew to many parts of the world, including England, France, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Macau. Additionally, she had many fond memories of traveling with her sisters throughout New Hampshire, Maine, Arizona, and California. She was a gardener and nature-lover and found much pleasure in watching the many hummingbirds that came to her feeders. She loved dogs and cats equally, but was partial to orange cats and golden retrievers.

Susan enjoyed entertaining in her home with Andrew. She was a wonderful hostess, always decorating the house for every holiday. She will be greatly missed.
