Susan Knight Obituary
Susan was born in Macon, the daughter of the late John Ray Wilson and Margaret Wilson Long. She graduated from Central High School and attended some college. She worked in various jobs through the years; her favorites were ones that enabled her to work with people; her personality demanded that. In recent years she enjoyed gardening, picking pecans, and making jewelry. Susan was an independent free spirit who enjoyed whatever came her way. She found joy and fulfillment wherever she went, and with whomever she met.
Susan is survived by her daughter, Lorraine Ann Knight; grandson Sterling Knight; siblings Vickie Welker, Patty Wilson, Ellen (Clint) Sowell, John Wilson, James Wilson, Seth Wilson; sister in law LuAnne Wilson; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the staff in the CVICU at Atrium hospital for their outstanding care and support.

So sorry to hear of Susan´s passing. She was such a vibrant and fun loving person. I can still remember the fun motorcycle rides we had when younger. Heaven has gained another angel!

I grew up one street over from Susan and all of the Wilson family! Rode horses with Ellen and Patty as a kid and my brother Todd was friends with all the Wilson gang! Even though I did not personally know Susan, I love her family and pray for them. My heartfelt sympathy is with all of the Wilson family. I pray for peace and comfort in the days ahead!

Patty and Vicki, I am so sorry to all of you for the loss of your sister, Susan. Sorry that I didn't have the pleasure of meeting her, but feel that I would of love to have gotten to know her. I have always enjoyed seeing and talking to you all these years and I am sure that I would have loved to have gotten to know Susan. Prayers for all of the family.
