I will always remember her infectious laugh and kind spirit. To speak to her kind spirit, I remember in high-school I needed many food items baked for a softball fundraiser. Aunt Susan made all of the items without wanting anything in return.
My favorite memories are of us all at Aunt Ellen's house for Christmas, gathered around the tree, opening gifts. Her desserts were a highlight of the gatherings, especially the coconut bonbons!
Aunt Susan will be very deeply missed by everyone who loved her. I am praying for all of our family, but especially those closest to her. Rest in peace sweet Aunt Sue

The first memory that comes to mind when I think of Susan is when we all gathered for the holidays she´d made her own homemade eggnog! I remember that being the first time i´d ever had it and it was delicious!!! Now every time the holidays come back around I always think about the yummy eggnog she made that made me fall in love with it. I hope to see you in heaven one day

To the Porter family my deepest sympathy. There is no greater love like the love of a mother. The time I was around Susan. She was a joy to be around. May the Lord grant the family, peace, and comfort at this time. Lori have your arms wrapped around at this time of their sorrow. Lord bless and keep you in Jesus name amen.

To all of the Porter Family and of course to Susan´s husband , children and grandchildren- May God Bless each and every one of you for the loss of your wife, mother, grandmother and siblings! There is no greater love than a mother´s love and Susan was loved by all who knew her.
