Susan Ringer Obituary

Ringer Susan B. (Susie) Ringer, age 60, loving wife and mother to John and Molly, died peacefully on June 4, 2004, after a long battle with kidney disease and lung cancer. Preceded in death by her mother, Elsa Lindholm; father, Albert Lindholm; and sister, Karen Ring. Survived by her husband, John and daughter, Molly; brother, Karl Lindholm; nieces, nephews, and many other family members and friends. Susie's love of life inspired everyone she met. Teaching was a constant in her life. First in Seattle then in Sun Valley and Orono. She enjoyed golf, tennis, skiing, travel, going to the lake and taking walks with her friends and dogs. Susie also volunteered her time to many organizations including The Twin Cities Women's Golf League, Wright County Humane Society, Chrysalis and the PKD kidney group. A celebration of Susie's life will be held at the Lafayette Club, 2800 Northview Road, on June 10th from 3 to 5 (casual attire). In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Humane Society of Wright County (4375 Hwy. 55 SE Buffalo, MN 55313) or Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation (9221 Ward Pkwy., #400, Kansas City, MO 64114-3367).
