I am so sad to hear that such a ray of light has passed so suddenly. I didn't hear about her recent death so my thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. Susan McNabb was always smiling and laughing in high school and she had such a magnetic personality. I didn't have the privilege of knowing her very well, but I always looked up to her in the band for her leadership. She was an amazing person and I'm sure an even a more amazing mother, daughter, wife and friend. My prayers go out to her entire extended family. Sincerely, Roberta Schwerer

Susan had such a sweet, gentle spirit. My condolences and deepest sympathy goes to her extended circle of family and friends.

January 28, 2014

To all of you, I just returned to the office from the Funeral Mass. During the Eulogy, Sue's nephew played the song "Let Her Go" which is a sign for Sue as she is an angel of God. As I walked into my office, "let her go" was on the radio. I think she would want you to know that she is blessed and always will be in the hands of God.

I am very saddened to hear of Sue's death. We went to St. Francis de Sales together (I was in her sister Mary's class), but remember her as a sweet and kind girl. Sue and her family will be in my prayers. It is so very hard to understand why a mother and grandmother at only 50 years can be called home, but I hope the family finds peace in what she brought the legacy of her children and grandchildren. She is with God and free of all the troubles this life affords us.

Larry, Heather, Joe, Leah, & Sarah

I am so sorry for your loss. Sue was a wonderful woman. She had such a free spirit about herself and so full of happiness.

Heather, Joe, Leah & Sarah,

Always remember the love that a mother has for her child from your first breath, holding your hands through the years, guiding you along the paths that you have all taken in your lives, teaching you that there is nothing you cant make it through to hold your faith and follow your hearts. She gave you all stepping stones in life to become the people you are today. She was so proud of all of you and you all meant the world to her. When you see a sun rise let it remind you of her warmth and love. When you see flowers blooming let it remind you of her love for life. Most of all remember there is a part of her in each one of you. Also, find comfort in the memories you all have of her and each other.

Sue was an incredible woman. She treated all of us who were friends of her children as though we were family too. She will be loved and missed by so many. Sue and my mom would always meet up at parent-teacher nights at OLSH because Heather and I were always with the same advisors. We still laugh about how they'd groan knowing they were the parents who weren't going to be told their children had all A's! I love all of you guys and I will miss your mom.
