Susan Weiland Obituary
Susan Kaye Weiland passed away on September 15, 2010 at age 58 of breast cancer. Born September 8, 1952 in Rock Island, IL, to Thomas and Anna Kelleher, she is preceded by her husband Toby Weiland and survived by her daughter April Weiland and three siblings, John Kelleher, Theresa Kennison, and Ann Kelleher. Susie had a warm heart and could see the good in everyone. She was a well-loved cashier at Walgreens for 21 years and had a huge circle of friends. Her ready laugh was contagious, and she adored the Ellen show -- she passed while watching it with her daughter April. Susie's favorite gift was flowers, but we ask instead for donations to be made to the organization that kept her as healthy and comfortable as possible during her final year, Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014. Services will be held at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W Thunderbird Rd., Peoria, AZ on September 25, with a viewing at 11 am and services at 1 pm.
