Suzanne Montgomery Bartels, 56, of Ft Myers, FL passed away on April 6, 2015.
Suzanne worked at Lee Memorial Health System for more than 20 years in administration and fund raising. She enjoyed aerobics, Taekwondo, jogging, boating and dearly loved her beautiful children.
She is survived by her children, Michelle Bartels and J. W. Maxwell (Stacey) Bartels of Ft Myers, and her sisters, Kindy Granza and Beth (George) Michaelson, of Michigan.
A private memorial will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida, PO Box 2218, Ft Myers, FL 33902. Friends may sign the guest book at www.horizonfunerals.com.

I tried to phone her on Sunday. I'm so sorry, Max. I saw her in November and she did call me in early March. This is not a shock but sad, so sad. John and I will miss her.
