Selcer Suzanne M. (Susie), age 76, of Minneapolis. Preceded in death by parents, Alvin L. & Irene Cohn, and husband, George M. Selcer. Survived by daughter & son-in-law, Linda & Dr. Robert Fisher; and son & daughter-in-law, Charles & Yvonne Selcer; grandchildren, Laura Fisher, Danielle and Jared Selcer; brother & sister-in-law, Billy & Peggy Cohn; sister & brother-in-law, Barbara & Arthur Silver; sister-in-law, Eleanor Selcer; uncle, Bernard M. Rose; and many loving nieces, nephews, & her beloved cat Tigger. Susie was active in numerous charities and causes. She was a past United Way Distinguished Service Award Winner and had recently been honored as National Trustee of the Year by the American Association of Homes and Services to the Aged. She was past president of the Minneapolis Jewish Community Center Sholom Home, Minnesota Israel Bonds, and Temple Israel Sisterhood. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Funeral service TUESDAY 2 PM TEMPLE ISRAEL, 2324 Emerson Ave. S., Mpls. Memorials may be sent to the Mpls Jewish Federation, Sholom Foundation, United Way of Mpls, The Mpls Jewish Community Center or to the donor's favorite charity.
