Sylvia Ruiz Lafferty

When I was the Pinal County and my Chief Crim. Deputy and I interviewed her for and that same day offered her a job in my Office!
Sylvia was an awesome Child Crimes Prosecutor and an even better person and friend.

I worked with Sylvia many years ago. Her ready wit and sense of humor made it a pleasure to be around her. Rest in peace Death Angel.

So sorry to hear of Sylvia's passing. She was one of my first friends when we moved to Tucson in 1957. We remained friends throughout school, and later when we both were showing dogs. I remember her dry sense of humor. She was so smart and talented. I think of her whenever I drive by her home on River. Sorry we lost her this young.
