Dear Kathy and Judy, I am so sorry to hear of Sylvias death. My many prayers are with you. I had no idea until right now that she had passed. I, myself have been pretty much out of sorts since the passing of my brother so I have missed out on alot of family things including Aunt Patty. My deepest sympathy, love and prayers are with you.

So sorry to hear of Sylvia's passing. Glad that Marta and I were able to drop in last fall on our way back from Missouri to visit you both. All your Canadian family are thinking of you.

Dear Von, Judy, and Kathy,
Sylvia was a wonderful person and a good friend in high school. Her energy and enthusiasm were inspiring.

Ferd and family,
Judy, Colin, and Kathy,
Your family will continue to be in my prayers. Thanks be to God for Sylvia's well-lived life, and I ask for grace for all of you as you heal from your losses.
Ray and I always enjoyed our visits to Loraine many years ago, and I know Noma had a great visit with your family at Thanksgiving, following Ray's death in 2007. Our last visit with Ferd and Sylvia was while in Oklahoma.
Peace be with you,
Karen Gurich

Von,
Terribly sorry to hear of your loss. Losing our loved ones is terrible and I think daily of Mom, Dad, Jim and Uncle David. Rich will be here for Christmas. I suppose he knows although he doesn't read the Journal. Take care.
