PARK HILLS -Tammy Banaszek, 41, of French Village was born in St. Louis, on October 12, 1972, to Tony and the Late JoAnn Banaszek. She departed this life in her home on October 15, 2013.
She was also preceded by her husband, Ray Ellis.
Survived by: Children, Chris Banaszek and Jasmin Ellis; sisters, John Banaszek, Mary (Jim) Wallenberg, Debbie (Chip) Hitchcock and Ken Banaszek; dear friend Phil Myrda; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation, Saturday from 11 a.m. until service at 1 p.m. in the Coplin Funeral Home. Donations to Coplin Funeral Home for family expenses.
