Kenneth Mann Obituary
Muncie - Muncie: Kenneth R. Mann, 86, went to be with his Lord and Savior Saturday morning May 5, 2018 at I. U. Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. Kenneth was born on July 22, 1931 to Cora Iva (Clark) and Paul Martin Mann in Lawrenceburg Tennessee. He attended school in Muncie at McKinnley and later Muncie Central.
He proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict earning two Bronze Stars and several service Ribbons. After returning to Muncie, he married LaVerna Jean Fruitt on July 10, 1954 and continued in the sewing machine and sweeper business for more than forty years.
Kenneth is survived by three sons; Kenney, Stephen (Barbara) and Mark (Kim), all from Muncie. Two daughters; Carol Moreillon (Richard), Muncie and Diana Berry, Mt. Summit; two brothers and three sisters. He was also blessed with 18 Grandchildren, several Great-Grandchildren, many Nieces and Nephews.
His wife of 47 years LaVerna, his parents, three brothers and one sister preceded Mr. Mann in death.
Funeral services will be held at Parson Mortuary, 801 West Adams Street on Thursday May 10, 2018 at 1:00p.m., burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
Friends may call from 11:00a.m. Until service time.
