Tammy Clark Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers from Apr. 19 to Apr. 20, 2023.
Tammy Lynn Clark, a beloved member of the Lakeland community, passed away unexpectedly on April 11, 2023. She was born on January 19, 1969 in Stuttgart, Germany, and spent her childhood in Lakeland before moving to South Carolina and Iowa. Eventually, she returned to Lakeland to be closer to her family.

Tammy is survived by her parents, Larry Clark Sr. and Deborah Molina, as well as her children Ashley Smith, Brian DeGroat, and Robert DeGroat. She also leaves behind her siblings Laurie Patino, Larry Clark Jr., Annette Owens, and Tara Wheat, along with many grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and lifelong friends Delana Womble and Lee Carter.

Tammy was a beautiful person both inside and out. She had a passion for creating colorful art while listening to the Foo Fighters, and loved spending time with her family. She had a deep love for people and animals, and her kindness and compassion will be missed by all who knew her.

We are sisters in Christ and I will look forward to seeing you in Heaven. Your niece Kayla is my granddaughter, and so we are distant relatives, but we have gotten to know each other mostly through Facebook. You are a gentle and kind soul and I have valued our friendship.
