Fowler, Tammy (Horlacher) SCHENECTADY Tammy (Horlacher) Fowler, age 57, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2018, surrounded by her family. Born on May 22, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Sally Horlacher.Tammy was a file clerk for the N.Y.S. Department of Taxation and Finance for 32 years. She loved making homemade candy and going to craft fairs. She is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Scott Fowler; her brothers, Bernie (Julie Stanford), Bob and Mike (Roxanne) Horlacher; sister, Heidi (Jeff Bess) Horlacher McFarland as well as many nieces and nephews; her good friend, Antoinette Davis; and her kitty cat, King. Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie, on Thursday, December 13, from 4 to 8 p.m. A funeral service for Tammy will be held on Friday in the funeral home at 10 a.m. Burial to take place in Memory Gardens after the service.
