Bill,Sue,and Jenna,
I'm so glad to have had the chance to see Tara during my past few trips to Florida. I will remember her as a gentle spirit with a creative soul, an animal lover, a proud mother, and a daughter that was thankful to have such loving parents.
Tara, rest in peace and give Tweedles a hug for me.

Tara,
Where do I begin? ..Thank you so much for coming into my mom's life so many years ago... Even if she was the little brat kid down the street who just wanted to pet your pretty horse :)..You have been a part of so many memories and good times in my life. I hope that you are spending the rest of your days riding horses and cuddling with all your animals. I love you.
Jenna,
I can not imagine the pain you are going through right now. Just know that she was so proud of you. There was not a single day where she didn't mention your name. Your Mom may not be with us here on earth but she is with you in your heart and will be with you every step of the way. Lean on those around you. We are all here for you. I love you!
BJ and Sue,
I am sending prayers your way.. I know she is in a better place. Your love and support meant so much to her.

August 1, 2011,

Sue, Jenna, & Bill,
We cannot imagine the grief you must be experiencing at this time of great loss! Our thoughts and prayers are with you and; though not surprised, we are grateful for the love and support of family and friends that is carrying you through this most difficult of all times.

Although it may seem like just a trvial cliche now, you know Sue, that nothing can take away the memories. Her great smile will live on in your hearts and minds forever.

Take peace and comfort in knowing she is at peace and riding those horses on the streets of gold.

With all our love and heartfelt sympathy,

Mary Shelton

I didn't really get to know Tara until about 6 years ago. I met her through a mutual friend Lisa and became Tara's friend. I will take with me some of the precious memories that we created like a trip to Nashville, hanging out on Lisa's front porch talking for hours and a trip to visit Tara at her home in Florida about 2 years ago. She was always very generous and had a good sense of humor. I wish that I could have known Tara longer. To her daughter Jenna, you were her pride and joy. Every time that I hung out with your mom, she would always talk about you and show me pictures...she was very proud of you! To her parents, Sue and BJ, you were her rock, she always expressed her gratitude for the support you had given her. I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing and I will always keep my memories with her close in my heart. My condolences to her family and loved ones. I wish that I could attend her services to pay my respects but unfortunately I am unable to make it. Please know that I am praying for all of you for peace and comfort during this difficult time. So long Tara until we meet again, wish we could have spent more time together. I love you and will miss you.

jenna and family. Im so sorry to hear about your loss. Remember she is in a better place and still with you at the same time. Celebrate all of the great memories you have together. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I remember tara always laughing with jenna. She was a fun outgoing mom. She loved her daughter so much. She made the best chili and cracked up when i turned it in to chili sandwiches. Just one great memory i have. I know you have so many more.
