It is with broken hearts we announce the loss of Tara Lawrence who passed away November 1, 2022 after a courageous and inspiring battle dealing with complications from an injury at the age of 50. Amazing wife of Brad Lawrence for 26 incredible years, PROUD mother of Zachary and Tyler, predeceased by mother Joann Ramsay and mother in law Brenda Whyte and forever in the hearts of her father Richard Ramsay and his partner Rosemary White, brother Dan Ramsay and his family Cindy, Jack and Rachel, sister in law Hilary Doherty and her family Keith, Maci and Blake and all other family and her numerous friends. As per Tara's wishes and that of her family a private cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line, (one stoplight north of the QEW), Burlington, on Thursday, November 10th from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. as well as Saturday, November 12th from 4-7 p.m. Please go to www.smithsfh.com to sign the online book of condolences. A Celebration of Life will be held for Tara in Spring 2023. Information and details will be posted on the funeral home website as they become available.
