Taryn Dorothy Brodsky, 23, of Alva, FL passed away on April 12, 2017. She was born in Liberty, NY on October 29, 1993. Taryn was an accomplished equestrian and an avid animal lover. She worked at several animal shelters and volunteered at the Winslow Academy in New York helping autistic children with horse therapy. Taryn will be immensely missed.
She is survived by her mother, Tammy DiGiglio and her father, Joseph Brodsky; her sisters: Cathleen Sciutto and Ashley St. Lawrence; brother-in-law, Joseph Sciutto; her grandparents, Marvin and Lee Meyer; her aunts: Carmela Vanore and Kim DiGiglio; her uncles: Tom Lang, Louis Bonadies and Joe Garguilo; her cousin, Joey Bonadies; her friend Rodolfo Nunez and countless friends, too many to name. Taryn was preceded in death by her cousin, Alexis Bonadies and her grandfather, Joseph DiGiglio.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 21, 2017 at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers from 5 pm until the time of the funeral service at 6 pm. Info (239) 334-4880
