Taylor A. Elzey

Taylor A. Elzey , 20, passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, IN, A graduate of New Haven High School, Taylor worked as a crew member with McDonalds. She was a member of Tillman Road Church of God, The Roller Dome Speed Skating Club, and was number 1 in the nation in her age group, and the Fort Wayne Derby Girls. Surviving are her father, Robert E. Elzey; mother, Susan A. (Al) Forks; brothers, Matt and Adam Elzey all of Fort Wayne, IN; step grandmother, Willedean Crisp of Monroeville, IN; grandfather, Harold Bud Struver of Bluffton; grandmother, Sonja Ray Elzey of Fort Wayne, IN; grandfather, Lowell (Susan) Elzey of Bluffton, IN; grandparents Con (Helen) Forks of Warsaw IN; uncles, Bill (Donna) Struver and Richard (Cindy) Elzey both of Fort Wayne; aunts, Nancy (Scott) Zimmerman of Dallas TX and Kathleen Martin of Washington DC; cousins, Jasmine Escalante of Exeter Ca, Nikkiya (Daryl) Daniels of Fort Bragg, Derek Elzey of Indianapolis and Joey Struver; God Parents, Larry (Kim) Elzey of Ossian, IN. pastor and special friends Bill (Suann) Bradley of New Haven. Taylor was preceded in death by her brother, David E. Elzy and grandmother, Nancy Anne Struver. Funeral Service is Saturday, 2:00 pm, February 28, 2015 at Tillman Road Church of God, 3710 Tillman Rd with calling from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Pastor Bill Bradley officiating. Calling will also be Friday, February 27, 2015, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Tillman Road Church of God, In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Allen County SPCA.
