LORENZ, Ted Sr.
Passed away peacefully Thursday February 20, 2014 surrounded by family. Born in Saskatchewan but proudly raised in Steveston. He is survived by his wife Frances, children; Ted Jr., (Denise) Todd (Alana), Kendra (Danny) and Tyler, grandchildren; Brandon (Courtney), Sheldon, Spencer, Tayler, Theo, Jacob, Owen, Taylor, great-grandchildren; Gemma and Mason. siblings; Ed, Ruth, Jerry and Ken; predeceased by parents Steve and Frances. A True Community Loss. A celebration of Ted's life will be held Saturday March 1st at the Steveston Community Center in-door tennis courts beginning at 12 PM. In lieu of flowers kindly donate to The Richmond Hospital Foundation in memory of Ted.

My association with Ted revolved around new and existing Fire Hall projects while he was the Chief in Richmond. He epitomized community involvement and family in everything he said and did. I trust that his legacy will continue with his immediate and extended family. Susan, my wife, and I send our sincere condolences to all of you.
