Teresa Schmidt Obituary
She was born April 18, 1956 at Bengough, and grew up at the family farm near Viceroy, Saskatchewan. A dedicated employee, she had a fulfilling career with the Government of Saskatchewan. Terri enjoyed fishing with her dad, fastball, playing cards, and spoiling her nieces and nephews. Most of all she was a very proud and involved dance mom.
No funeral by request. The family would like to thank the wonderful and compassionate staff at the Regina Wascana Grace Hospice, and ask that donations in Terri's memory be made to them.

We were very sorry to hear of the passing of Terry she would come to my shop occasionally in Regina and we would reminisce about the days back home in Viceroy. I will remember her as a wonderfull person she will be missed.

Keeping Terri, Chamique and the whole family in my prayers. I worked in the same office as Terri the past few years (but knew her longer than that) and always enjoyed talking with her. May your grief be short but your memories of her endure long. She was a very nice lady.

When your Mumma spoke about you and family, her face lit up and love poured out of her heart. I admired that tenderness in Terri as she was easy to relate to as a friend and I felt fortunate to have her as my colleague My heart aches for the sadness you feel, she will be dearly missed to all that were fortunate to have known her. I am so sorry for the loss of your mom, Chamique. I worked with Terri for many years at the provincial government. She was so many things I can't even begin to list. Some that quickly come to mind ... kind, smart, generous, loyal, patient, respectful, ethical, supportive, funny, dedicated, humble, and on and on. I was privileged to know and work closely with her. She was a truly wonderful person.

I am so saddened to learn of Terri passing away far too young. Such a beautiful person inside and out. Working with Terri at the public service commission was a pleasure.
