Theresa Tapp gave me hope when I felt so lost in my life. I met her by accident in Starbucks in Safety Harbor. She was so kind and non-judgemental we only exchanged a few words but I found T-tapp and hope. I Shared it with my doctor and it has helped so many people. She will be missed by many of us. To her family please accept my condolences. She was a wonderful beautiful lady.

Teresa Tapp deeply impacted my life at a time when I was feeling very bad about myself. It only took ten days for me to know I had found my health and fitness mentor I so badly needed. I cant imagine all the long hours she poured into her videos, retreats, and other educational platforms. My condolences and prayers to all of her family and friends.

I felt like she was my friend even though I had never met her in person. Her exercise programs helped me beyond physical fitness. I will miss her along with everyone else who knew her. I am so sorry to read about this today. Thank you for sending me an email Thursday of which I didnt open until today. Teresa changed my way of thinking of how to exercise Krebs- I am stronger physically today because I started implementing her techniques two years ago - and I love teaching them to other women and men. I have sent a lot of friends to her website so that they could learn too. It seemed silly at first but once I got the understanding of how to it was fun too. Gosh, I still have a lot to learn because I still want to look like her, healthy and strong, she is a week older than me. My deepest sympathy on your lost of a wonderful coach and trainer even though I never met Teresa in person, every time I viewed or read her book, I believed she was present and talking to me directly and for that thank you.

So very sorry to hear of Teresa's passing. I first met her when she was a spokesperson for Nikken's Weighted Shoe. I have been following her ever since. I own most of her DVD's and love her workouts. The world has lost a wonderful person and advocate for fitness. My sympathy and prayers for all her family, coworkers, friends and followers. May Teresa rest in peace knowing what a light she was for the world. She will be missed. ❤
