Terry was always Terry. In late October, we chatted in Big Y parking lot. He stated he forgot his credit card at the gas station, "do I really need it?" That was totally Terry. Making me feel at ease, joking, knowing it was days away from never having our funny moments. He has changed me. His light and humor taught me to embrace life in all it brings. He loved his family more than anything. He was one of a kind.
I pray Sarah and his beautiful children know he impacted others in profound ways.

I am so heartbroken. Terry was my boss at Bowditch and you couldn't ask for better. He was kind, sincere, helpful and had the very best stories. The day before Thanksgivings is a half day for us. When my son Michael was younger, I would take him to work with me and he would quietly sit on Terry's couch in his office... Terry insisted. You will be terribly missed my friend. I hope we meet again on the other side. You have left an impression on me that will last a lifetime. Sarah, Emma and Jasper, he talked about you fondly always. I'm so sorry he had to leave so soon.

Terry was such an incredible person. We first met when he was helping a head with a contract, while the head was literally moving to the school. He was an incredible friend to me and independent school leaders around the country. My sincere condolences to his family and all of his many, many friends.

A dear friend, always entertaining. He lived a fun, busy life. We all loved him and his infectious smile.

I always enjoyed working with Terry at Bowditch & Dewey. We laughed often, shared a sense of sarcastic (to others) humor. His office walls were covered with blow up photos of Emma and Jasper. I learned from him. And continue to learn from him.
