EAST PEORIA - Terry J. Dickson, 51, of East Peoria, formerly of Durant, Okla., passed away at 8:39 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born Aug. 13, 1963, in Sarasota, Fla., to Charles and Loretta Lewis Dickson. They survive of East Peoria.
Also surviving are his daughter, Lexie Shea Dickson; two brothers, Scott (Pam) Dickson of Groveland and Jerrol Dickson of East Peoria; nephew, Michael Shea Dickson of East Peoria; niece, CiJi (Tony) Schoedel of Tremont; and great-niece, Tierra.
Terry worked as a self-employed contractor.
He loved spending time with his daughter, shooting pool and playing golf. He was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an education fund for Lexie at any CEFCU.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, May 4, 2015, at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in East Peoria.
