April 11, 1949 - December 21, 2016
Terry Salo was a fisherman and dedicated father. He was also so proud of his kids and often heard on the sidelines at his kids sporting events. He was the oldest of 4 from the village of Kyoquot. He lived an active life swimming, playing tennis and golf. He will be remembered for his big smile and strong character. He will sincerely be missed by his kids Natasha and Raymond, his siblings Diane, Dale and Brian and extended family and friends. He passed away suddenly with his family by his side. A truly wonderful person! He talked lovingly about his son of whom lived in his house, soccer, rugby, his ex wife that is a nurse. He helped my sister and I out in a time of need, he gave me great advice. He is a lovely person. Truly sad that he is gone!

My condolences to Natasha, Raymond and family. Terry and I were friends for 42 years and I am going to miss that smile and listening to a proud father talking about his two wonderful children .We had many good times together commercial fishing, skiing, playing golf and getting together over a coffee. I will miss him greatly.

Natasha and Raymond please accept my condolence. I fished with terry in the early 80's.Each time it was an adventure. It was a treat to meet him over the years in Victoria. He always had something of note to say. I will miss him. Ray Zimmermann

Natasha and Raymond please accept my condolence.
I fished with Terry in the early 80s. Always an adventure. It was a pleasure to be in his company. Looked forward to casual meetings in Victoria over the years. Each time he had something of note to say. I will miss him.

We are so sorry to hear the passing of our good friend. He was always good for a smile and a day of fun in Cabo. We will miss him greatly.
