My sincerest sympathy to the entire Boron family. I have not known you all that long, but my late husband Chuck had the honor of knowing your family for many years. He always spoke fondly of your father and your family. He will be truely missed by everyone whose lives he's touched. Remember that its said that what you've done for yourself dies with you , but what you've done for others lives on through them. So he'll be with all of us forever.

Mrs. Boron, Ted and my Dear Friend Ed,
We were so sorry to hear of the passing of such a wonderful man. Anyone associated with the Carrick or St. Basil community must feel a sense of loss. He was not only a respected, kind, intelligent man, he always made time to listen and truly help. May it be a comfort to know he is at rest and in Heaven with all the countless souls he helped enter those gates with dignity. There will never be another quite like him. God bless you all.

To the Boron Family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Mr. Boron has always been such an important part of the Carrick community. On a personal note, when my grandfather passed away in 1986, he knew who he was and made sure that "Jake" had his hat and his leather jacket. You just don't get that kind of caring nature from just anyone. God bless your family.

My deepest sympathy to the Boron Family in your loss of a Good Man, my dear friend, Ted. I will surely miss him. He was good to my family, and I will never forget him. Back in the day, I served with Ted as an Usher at St. Basil's Church. He was a Brother Veteran. He served his country, his church, and community well. A great family man. Carrick, and in general, Pittsburgh, will miss this Great Man. May God give his family, the strength to get through this trying time. Know This: Ted is at Rest with His Heavenly Father. Farewell my Friend! You were Always Helpful To Everyone!
My Sincere Condolences,
Elmer

Dear Boron family, my name is Barb and I had the pleasure of spending some time with Mr. B. during some time he spent at Jefferson Hospital. I am a Patient Sitter and was assigned to stay with him during the night shift. I only had two nights with him before he was discharged, and they were very memorable nights for me. He was by far the sweetest, kindest, most appreciative gentleman I had had the pleasure of spending time with. Our second night together he was having trouble sleeping, so we found ourselves having a very thorough discussion of the funeral business. We talked about four hours and I was absolutely mesmerized listening to him. He answered all of my questions and made me promise that if I was ever in the area of the funeral home to please stop in so that he could give me a tour. I have thought of him so often and really wish that I had stopped in. Heaven has received a wonderfully sweet, kind soul.
My deepest sympathy,
Barn Bednar

Ed & Ted, he surely was one-of-a-kind. Unmistakable voice, undeniable warmth and compassion. And there you both are following in his impressive footsteps. He and my dad had a running joke for years about who would die first. Sadly, mine won that bet a few years ago. My heart is aching for you. I now choose to think they are once again making each other smile.

I have many wonderful memories of being your neighbor for so many years. Thank you for letting us play on the funeral grounds, and for pitching to us when we played ball. Thanks for letting me take a short cut up to St Basil's so many times. thank you for the kindness to my parents when they passed. Most of all, thank you for your loving example. Eternal rest grant unto you, O Lord, and let perpetual life shine upon you. Amen
