Dear Mama,
In all the grief and extreme distress that we are experiencing since you left this world for a better world to be with yours and our Beautiful, Lord, and Savior, Jesus Christ, we realized that in all the confusion of trying to tell your story of the four generations from your lineage, we regrettably did not include just how wonderful a daughter, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and employee, you truly were. We can barely, release the words to describe you through the tears. Our beautiful, beautiful Queen. Beautiful inside and out.
God blessed us with a woman who taught us about the Love of God and to Love God at the beginning of our lives, in the same way her mother taught her. Mama lived Christianity, she didn't just talk it. Mama introduced us to so many wonderful and beautiful things beyond what seemed practical in our little world. She taught us to dream. She taught us about making things beautiful from what might look impossible to many. She taught us to appreciate the arts. There was not a genre of film, music, dance, or visual art that a mother could expose to a young mind that she did not bring to her children. Mama taught us how to be the ultimate hosts. Most important, Mama taught us about love and loving all of God's children. Our hearts are broken, Mama. God could not have given you any other children who love you as much as we love you. In spite of our pain, we do know that God's will has manifested upon you, to give your weary body the rest and peace you deserve.
Mama, Mama, Mama . . . you are loved now and through eternity.
Lovingly,
Vicki, Darcy, & Gene
Tchrina Victoria Munlin, Revena Darcell Harmon, and Curtis Eugene LeSure I
