Dear David and all the Cossetta family, I can't believe it has been almost a year since mama C was called home. I have thought of her often this past year. She was always so much fun and I loved the twinkle in her eyes. I made over 8 double batches of pizzelles this year and thought of how many more than that which mama C must have made over the years. It is not Christmas without them. I pray you are all filled with thanksgiving for her life and the love she shared with her family and friends. God's peace and best wishes for a very Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year.

Dear Cossetta Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Your mom was the GREATEST! She was your glue that held the family together. I will always remember coming over to your house to hang out with Debbie and always feeling like I was apart of the family because that's the way it was at your house. Diane and I will never forget when your mom was making meatballs and she asked us if we wanted a hamburger sandwich we thought that was out of the ordinary and said no thank you she looked at us as if to say what are you nuts. I would sometimes look so forward to coming to the store to get sausage and bread for our Easter feast just so I could give her a great big hug. Keep her close to your hearts and she will always be with you all. Take care of your Dad you are in my prayers.
Love

Dave and Gail and all the Cossetta family,
My prayers are with you all at the loss of a great lady and matriarch. I though of Mama making her Pizzelles for the costumers as I made double batch after double batch this year. How many more must Mama have made. I remember visiting upstairs in the office dressed in my clown character, "Uncle Freddie Nando" and flirting with Mama. She was always smiling and a great sport. I lost two aunt, one from the Mancini side and one from the Gagliardi side, two Christmas Eves in a row. When my Godmother died, the pastor said, "We are all special but there is something special about being called home for the holidays." I can picture Mama up there making her Pizzelles for the angels and my aunties making coffee and spaghetti. What a feast they are putting on this holiday. They don't make them like that any more. They raised their kids with love, patience and hope for the future. God's blessings to us all. We have a new great angel watching over us now. You Cossetta's have done your parents (grandparents) proud.

Dave,
So sorry to hear of your loss. Though I only knew her from the "samples table" at your store or from social chatter in the AHA theatre prior to our boys' band concerts, there was no question she was quite the "character"! Having just lost my own Mom about 10 days ago, I can relate to the void you and your family are feeling. Honor the joy and memories she created and spread to others as we did last week when our family came together to make Pizzelles to hand out to friends and neighbors for Christmas in Mom's absence. Your strong family bonds and touching others lives as your Mother did, will be a salve from God to help heal your wound. God bless and comfort you and your family. Sincerely, Denny, Laurie, Tony & Jimmy Wolfe
