Theresa McAllister Obituary
Theresa, a native of Elizabeth City, was the daughter of Earl Lee Overton and the late Mamie Perry Overton.
She is survived by a daughter, Kristian Freeman of Elizabeth City; two sons, Tony McAllister, Jr and Terrance McAllister, both of Raleigh; her father, Earl Overton; three brothers, Jerrill Overton, Lee Overton, and James Thomas, all of Elizabeth City; two sisters, Robin Bobbitt of Raleigh, Ruth Warren of Elizabeth City; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held 12:00 noon Saturday, March 14, 2009 at The Church of Jesus Holy Tabernacle, 708 S. State Street, Raleigh NC 27601.

I was sadden when I found out the news about Theresa. I am a former classmate of hers and saw her about a year ago. During our conversation we exchanged stories about high school years and former classmates. We also talked about our children and she shared how proud she was of hers. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
