Jeffrey Brian Guignard

JEFFREY BRIAN GUIGNARD, 36, passed away September 29, 2015 in a care center in Los Angeles County from effects of a brief but fierce battle with cancer. He is survived by parents, Gerald (Linda) and Judith Guignard; a brother, Eric (Jeannette); nephew, Julian; niece, Devin; and a grandmother, Patricia, all of southern California; as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins. A California native, Jeff grew up in Covina and graduated from Charter Oak High School in 1996. He loved to read fiction, watch horror movies, swim, tell stories, and socialize with friends. In later years he became an avid skydiver. Besides family, Jeff was cherished by a number of friends who will remember him as deeply loyal, sympathetic, and always joking and laughing. Jeff was impeccably polite and the first to offer help to any person in need. He had a lifelong interest in astronomy and science fiction, was an animal lover, a pacifist, and had the biggest smile in the world. He last lived in San Bernardino County. R.I.P. beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. Memorial services to be announced at a later date.
