Tom came into the day to day operations of Callahan Bros when my father needed someone who he trusted and could work with. Tom fit like a glove. Years together sharing the workload as well as the friendship beyond the job, I know my father thought of Tom as a son. God Bless the Almy family.

Tom was in my home room at Greenwich High
and when he was with
Callahan Movers saw him
frequently as I lived in Cos
Cob until the late eighties
and my husband and I
were and I am still very
good friends with Jim Callahan and family. Tom
Was always a gentleman
and fun to be around.
I did lose track of Tom
once he retired and moved away sorry to say.
I send my deepest sympathy to his wife and
family. Fondly,
Betsy Anthony Woodfine

Susie,
I feel so fortunate that I got to meet you and Tom. You felt like family immediately. In the short time I visited with Tom, I enjoyed going through family pictures with him, and talking to him about his family and friends over the years. He was a very sweet man and will will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Please take care of yourself Susie. It was clear how much he loved you and his family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love, Chuck and Helayne

This a photo of TC and his Greenwich High School buddies at a wedding. We called ourselves "The Grievers", because we caused all kinds of grief for our parents. TC and I with a couple of other Grievers even spent a night in the Greenwich Jail for disturbing the peace. Our parents were not happy! TC is the one with the victory sign over his head. I still have my 62 year old Griever shirt. Half of The Grievers are now gone. God Bless you TC. You are a good friend.

So very sorry to hear of Tom's passing. We fondly remember our Greenwich High Football Days with our boys and the many good times at Tumbledown's after the games! Please know that we will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.
