I found out yesterday after running into his wife Doreen that my lifelong friend Tommy had passed. I had just last week related a story concerning us to another friend of mine when he and I were out "partying" one night close to 40 years ago. I last saw him at the McDonalds in Oxford and always wanted to make it over to see him but never made it. We grew up together on Millbury St. in Worcester and I remember the times we spent hanging out, playing basketball in his backyard. I loved his Mom and Dad and they were the nicest down to earth people you could ever meet. My heartfelt condolences go out to Doreen and his family. I can see from what has been written in his guestbook by his children and friends that he was something I already knew, a special man, father, and grandfather. Carry that and his memory through life with you as I have. Take care old friend, Richie

Dad,
I miss you so much it feels like it has been forever since you went away. I think about you everyday, that helps to put a smile on my face. The bond we share was one of a kind, no one else's relationship could ever compare. Good or Bad you were always there. My love for music comes from you. That's why my last words are part of our song that I find to be so very true. This is my version of "Forever Young" from me to you. May the good Lord be with you down every road you roam, I'll be courageous and be brave, and in my heart you will always stay, now that you flew away I hope I served you well, for all the wisdom of a lifetime no one can ever tell, I know what ever road I choose you'll be behind me win or lose. "Forever Young";
Love Always,
Kimmy (aka) Bum

Dear, Grandpa
I know you are gone now but I still want to say I love you with all my heart . I hope you know that . And I hope you know that you will be very missed by every one to friends and to dear family of yours . I prayed every night that you would make it and not have to appear as a spirit as you are now . My heart is broken now that you are gone . But I state to you these questions I would ask myself with no answers in mind at all . Here they are . 1. Why was he ill ? 2. Will he appear as a body or appear as a spirit . 3. How does he feel and how is his heart feeling for loved ones ? Now I will tell you the questions I ask in present day . Here they are . 1. Why did God agree to have his heart stop ticking . 2. Why did he have to go so soon only at the age of 58 . 3. Why did he have to leave behind his 4 children and his 3 grandchildren and his one and only true loved wife . You wouldn't understand how much I love you . Im sorry I never told you how much I love you . I know I would tell you I love you but I never told you how much I love you . It hurted me to see you in pain but now my nerves are calm because I know you can see the light and smell the lilacs like you said you could while you felt you were getting your wings . I love you and I will talk to you all the time . Even though I cant hear you respond I hope you are listening to me . I will love you always and forever . Your Granddaughter Ava

Dad, it's gonna be a hard road without you! I'll miss the voicemail of give me a call it's not important. Betting with you against your dolphins. Coffee on Christmas morning, endless things me and you did. Knowing you were there having coffee at 4 am made me happy when I would look out my window. Your shoes are to big for me to fill but I can follow your footsteps. I love you forever Buzza
