Dear Mary and Family,
We received the very sad and unexpected news of Tom's untimely passing today. We want you to know how sorry we are for your pain and loss. Tom will be missed by both Bill and myself. Bill made it a point to thank Tom for "saving my life" at all the reunions. He pulled me unconsious from a burning car in an accident in 1966.
We will have to celebrate his life this summer.

I was deeply sadden to hear of Tom's untimely death and can only imagine the sudden pain that has come upon you. I rejoice greatly, as I am sure you do, at his faithfulness to Christ and to the Church.
