It was an honor to be able to take care of Mr Tom during the past few months. I loved all my visits with you guys. I will miss our 10 o´clock hour appointments and his laughter. Prayers for the entire family, he was a wonderful man with a great heart. With love, Melinda LPN

Tom was such dear friend. We sat beside each other in the Spilman choir bass section. When we moved to Greenville 8 years ago, we kept in touch by telephone. I will miss his warm, enthusiastic attitude and his gentle Virgina accent. Condolences to Rosa Ann and the family.

I worked with Tom for his last 14 years at Hampton. He was truly one of a kind. Always knew how to brighten things up with humor or a wacky quip, and was always helping me keep my perspective where it should have been. Although we'd lived far from one another for the last 23 years, I did get a chance to visit him in 2018, when this pic was taken. His memory will live on gloriously in me and in all who knew him.

Being able to meet him was a great blessing and was enough to make an impact on me for the the rest of my life. I have never met someone who within just a few minutes I knew they were a good somebody until I met this man. My heart goes out to the family and you will be in my prayers. If you all ever need anything at all, please don't hesitate to reach out.
