Dr. Cook was very special to me. I needed a procedure done and all the doctors that saw would only do it surgically. Dr. Cook did it in his office and saved me the expense and trauma of surgery. I will always be so thankful for his skill and compassion.

Ginny and George, I was so sorry to hear of the death of your father. I have such nice memories of the times I spent at your parents home as a teenager. Thinking of you all.

Prior to March of 2020, I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Cook every Monday morning for the past 8 years. Talk about a way to start your week. He was always so friendly, compassionate and eager to learn - a true class act and one of a kind. My life was enriched by our relationship and I will cherish memories of our time together. You truly will be missed!

It seems like yesterday at the commencement of this pandemic that I saw George with his family and Tom having lunch the weekend of his 100th Birthday. We will miss him as I know all that knew him will. He was a gentle and kind man, an accomplished physician, a loving husband and dedicated father and grandfather. Knowing him for virtually my entire life was was a joy with treasured memories I will never forget.
