Thomas was born to Frank and Anna Fair on 13 September 1937. He was proceeded in death by his father and mother. He had 3 sisters Francis, Pat, and Brenda and a brother Frank. He is survived by Francis. He was married to Norma Lee Parris. Norma passed on 19 January 2020. He had 4 children Deborah, Tracy, Lauren and Thomas. Thomas Sr. Served 23 years in the United States Air Force, 1956 to 1989 he served 3 tours in Vietnam. After retirement from. USAF he served 20 years in Civil Service at Wright Patterson AFB. He retired in 2009 from Civil service. Thomas was very active in his church Woodville Baptist church in Goshen Ohio. After the death of his wife he went to live with his son Thomas in California. Thomas Sr. Passed on 5 June 2025 after a very short illness.
