Thomas Hale Obituary
Published by Legacy Remembers on Dec. 15, 2022.
Thomas (Tom) Jack Hale, 59 years old, was born in Vallejo, CA, to Jack and Carolyn Hale on December 5, 1963. He passed away December 10, 2022, in Menifee, CA, after a battle with heart issues.
Tom was preceded in death by his first wife, Donna Ann Byron Hale and his father, Jack Morten Hale. He leaves behind his wife, Patricia Ann Hale and children, Thomas Jack Hale Jr. and wife Katelyn (grandsons Jaxon and Stetson), Jessica Ann Jeffers and husband Jason (granddaughters Madison and Olivia), Caitlin Debra Hale (grandsons Mason and Mateo), stepson Tyler Allen Hill, mother Carolyn Grace Hale, and sister Debra Kay Irwin and husband Jon, niece Marisa Anne Cox and husband Trey (nephew Jack).
Tom married Donna Bryon in 1982 (deceased in 1991). They had two children together, Tommy and Jessica. Tom married Tricia Hale and they settled in the Temecula area. He was well respected in the printing industry for 40 years and recently entered the real estate world, all while serving his God through ministry.
Tom was raised a Navy brat, living in California, Alaska, Guam, and eventually settled in Poway, CA where he graduated from high school. In his younger years he played Little League baseball, rode skateboards, and was always engineering some sort of device. He held many titles with honor; husband, father, son, brother, friend and of course the family entertainer.
But, his favorite title of all was "Papa." His grandchildren brought him joy beyond measure! There was a light that exuded from him whenever he spoke of them, and cherished every moment they spent together. In fact, he has them convinced that he is Ironman, and they will always be able to cherish and hold on to that memory throughout their lives.
Tom has always exuded an adventurous spirit and seeked out the adrenaline in life. He flew aerobatics after becoming a pilot, went skydiving, and avidly rode street bikes and dirt bikes. If you know him, then you know he loved sharing his favorite memories of riding with his son Tommy and his group of riding buddies. And we can't forget golf! Spending days on the golf course was one of his favorite things. His love for the outdoors was well known by those who knew and loved him. But his true calling was bringing men to God! He was a leader in the men's ministry group at Impact Church in Menifee, CA and prior to that, he was a leader at Centerpoint Church in Murrieta, CA. His true calling and passion was living for and faithfully serving God. It is with no doubt that he was welcomed into Heaven with open arms and a "welcome home good and faithful servant."
Services will be held on Monday, December 19, 2022, at 11am at Impact Church in Menifee, CA. In lieu of flowers, we know Tom would love any donation be made to his favorite show, The Chosen, which beautifully depicts the life of Jesus and the Bible. (Link for The Chosen website: https://watch.angelstudios.com/thechosen/pif. ) His genuine love for the Lord comforts us in our grief, letting us remember that it was a joyous moment for Tom to be embraced by his Heavenly Father. We are sure that Tom is fully healed, pain free and enjoying a beautiful eternity with the Lord and his loved ones waiting in Heaven for him. He would also wish for everyone to keep their focus on God, and not stay in grief or sorrow. In his honor, continue to pray, love and seek out the Lord.
