To my cousins and their families, I just want you to know how much I loved your Dad. He was a great friend to me through my illnesses and never judged me or made me feel weak. So many walks I made from Aunt Dot's down to Colewood Park and then back to sit awhile with your Dad. He always tried to feed me and never let me go without a goodie or tomatoes. What a guy. We all love him and will miss him but we will all meet again. I asked him right before he died to tell your Mom and mine that all is well here.

To the entire Inks family:

Please except our deepest sympathy during this time, we to will miss as we fondly referred to your Dad as Mr. Tom. We were fortunate to have known him for the past five years, and will truly miss him sitting on the porch across the street. If there is anything we can do for you please let us know. My deepest condolences on the loss of your dad. I will always treasure the wonderful memories I have of him. He was a very kind, thoughtful and funny man. Always willing to help and do for others without expectation in return, his love for children and a great friend to my mother.

He will be sadly missed by many. Time slips away, but fond memories last forever. May he rest in peace with Lillian.

Uncle Tom and I enjoyed so many special years together and lately so many spiritual conversations about dying. He lifted me when I was down, made me laugh, and loved me. He took Jeff fishing before he left for Vietnam which Jeff talked about so often. What an amazing man. I will truly miss him. Love Sandy

I was so Sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad..I know the emptyness but relief you are feeling. It is so hard to lose a parent..They are our Best Friends. . .Little did I know when I put the packet of pictures together with Your Dad's Birthday Card just recently that they would be the last he saw,,I am so glad I sent them and he was able to look at them and laugh. He is now at peace and back together again with your Mom and all the Inks Family . I am sure they are all Happy to see him again. I hope every time you think of him you smile and remember the Happy times you all had together. I remember so many happy times we had together at the farm and at Grandma and Grandpap Ink's house..Years go by so quickly.

I am so sorry I will not be able to make the funeral,, but My Thoughts and Prayers are with you all during this Sad time..Please stay in touch.....Lots of Love
