I was shocked and saddened to hear of my good friend Tom's passing. We had a great relationship that began through politics - me the Irish, Protestant Republican and Tom - the Irish, Catholic Democrat. Our friendship has endured many heated debates that ended with laughter. I will miss him very much!
My condolences to Tommy and Caitlin who were the joys of his life.

I was deeply saddened to hear from my son Michael of Tom's passing. I attended St. Bridget School with Tom & Ellen. My son attends East Catholic with Tom & Ellen's daughter Caitlin.

The Landers and Burns Family,
I am so very sorry to hear of Tom's passing. We have known each other for many years and worked side by side during the days of the 8th District consolidation movement. I have so many fond memories of those times, we worked hard and played hard and we won.
I am still trying to get my mind around this terrible loss. I will miss seeing you in Mass on Sundays Tom.
Caitlin and Tommy please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers on the loss of your Dad, I know you must be totally devastated. Know that all of the Saint Bridgets family will be praying for you.
