Thomas William Sayre

Thomas William Sayre, age 47, passed away unexpectedly on September 10, 2022.

Tom was born June 23, 1975 to Bob and Felicia (Genet) Sayre. He graduated from Chippewa High School in 1993 and lived in Doylestown most of his life. Tom lived for his family and worked hard to provide the best for his kids. He truly enjoyed working alongside his many friends at Senn, Kenmore and Karvo Construction Companies and most recently at Union Home Mortgage. To know Tom, was to love Tom and he will be deeply missed by so many.

He is survived by his wife, Wendy (Young) Sayre; children, Gage, Gunnar, Gracie, Gianna, Gemma and Gannon; mother, Felicia (Genet) Sayre; brother, Bob Sayre, Jr.; mother-in-law, Diana Young; brothers in law, Ron (Debbie) Young and Robert (Jennifer) Young; sisters in law, Debbie (Dave) Bard, Tammy Craig and Laura Massaro and countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Bob Sayre; grandparents, Norman and Esther Genet and Bill and Jane Sayre; sister-in-law, Shelly Young; uncles, John Genet, Howard Genet, Bill Genet and Paul Nichols; and cousin, Vicki Porter.

Friends and family are welcome to join us for a celebration of Tom's life on September 23 from 3-8pm at the Kiwanis Pavilion at Columbia Woods Park, 4060 Columbia Woods Drive in Norton, OH.
