Beloved husband of the late Anna Schultz nee Lakomiak.


Loving father of Gloria (Terrence) Dolan, Thomas (Denise) Schultz, Denise (Mark) Lizik, Debbie Puleikis, Linda (Daniel) Meyer and the late Kenneth Schultz.


Fond grandfather and great grandfather of many.


Dearly loved by a brother and four sisters.


Uncle of many nieces and nephews.


Cousin and friend of many.


Funeral Wednesday 10:15 am from the WOLNIAK FUNERAL HOME, 5700 S. Pulaski Rd., to St. Turibius Church for Mass at 11:00 am.


Interment St. Mary Cemetery.


Visitation Wednesday 8:30 am until time of service 10:15 am.
