Brian and Nancy Marley-Clarke
July 1, 2005
We were so sorry to learn of Jeff's death. He was such a charming guy! Gallant, fun and intelligent. A "Man for All Seasons". Such an accomplished man and so "old-wordly", yet at the same time so very "with it". He had a presence about him that we all respected. Above all, he was a great father to his beloved son. Always available and a good teacher about the wonderful ways of the Gatineau Fish & Game Club and 31 Mile Lake. What a legacy to leave a son! Handsome, charming, boyish, gallant. That is how we remember Jeff. Best regards, Nancy and Brian Marley-Clarke.

I was so sad to hear the news. I have so many wonderful memories of Jeff, seeing him every summer at the GFGC for the last 23 years.
What a wonderful Chef and a great guy! I can still see him walking up the Ridge to the club for Saturday night dinners with that fantastic smile. Always so charming!
I am sorry that I won't be able to make it up to the cottage on July 16th for the service but I will be with all of you in spirit.
I send my warmest wishes to Coule, Pat, Fanchot, Lesley and to the Tone Clan and all those who will miss Jeff.
I hope to see all of you this summer at the lake.
Lots of love Sarah
