While I didn't know you or Mr. Tommy very well, my husband Did know tommy rather well and my son, Jon Rose and his family lived across the driveway from you. My husband has always spoken so highly of Tommy - what a friendly, outgoing and helpful person he was. My son Jon says (& wife Cathy)that he could have never had a better neighbor than Tommy Weaver - plus he was always so good to and patient wth the boys, Mikey and Ryan (especially rambuncious Mikey) as they were growing up. That "end of the road" will never, I'm sure, ever be quite the same without him there. The few times I was around Tommy, I noticed how easy going and kind he was. Many other men who frequent our small boat basin business here on the island ...knew Tommy and felt the same way about him ....especially Donald Guthrie who developed a close friendship with Tommy before he (Donald) died. Tommy was truly one of those SPECIAL people. According to Jon & Cathy he was such a help to you around the house; for a woman who works, having a man who helps is a real blessing. Wishing you God's help during the months ahead.

To The Family of Tommy Weaver,

It was my pleasure to work with Tommy for his entire career at Pritchard's. He was honest and straight forward in all our dealings and always made my day brighter. He was an example of setting high standards in the workplace. I always enjoyed his boat stories ---- it scared me to hear about them.

I know you'll miss the great man. I'm sorry our paths split but you don't forget quality. My condolences and prayers go out to the entire family. Just remember the great memories ---- "he did it his way"!

Dear Lou and family,
I am so saddened to hear of Tommy's passing. He was a friend to me and everyone he met and he never met a stranger. I remember the great times we had through the Estimators Association. I remember the great time we had driving the beverage cart at one of the golf tournaments, I'm sure you do too. He was loved and he will be missed but the memories will never fade. May our Lord give you comfort, strength and peace during this time of loss. In His service--Sam Foster
