Dearly loved wife of Peter, much loved mother of Sofia and Patrick; and daughter and daughter-in-law of Harry and Lyn; and Michael and Regina, sister of Russell, Heidi, Owen, Michael and Simon.
Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of TIFFS Life to be held at Bridgeman Baptist Community Church, corner Albany Creek and Bridgeman Roads, Bridgeman Downs, Qld, Thursday (March 29, 2012) at 2 p.m.

My condolences to all of Tiffany's family. The void she has left is huge. Tiffany contributed so much to the pharmacy intern training program presenting opioid substitution with such empathy and commitment to those she tried to help. She will never be forgotten.
