Suddenly on February 13, 2013. Beloved daughter of Delino and Joyce Thomas; mother of Kennedi Franklin; sister of Delino Franklin, Calvin, Te-Airra Ledbetter, Robert Washington, and Nicole Chamberlain, all of Pittsburgh; granddaughter of Mrs. Ruth Franklin of Charlotte, NC; and a host of relatives. Friends may call Monday, February 18, 2013, 4-8 p.m. at Deliverance Baptist Church, Ross St. at Swissvale Ave., Wilkinsburg. Funeral Ceremony Tuesday, February 19, 2013, 11 a.m. in the Sanctuary. Interment Allegheny Cemetery.

Tiff, you were like a big sister to me. We were neighbors for a good while and you've taught me so much, which is a part of who I am today. You were always a fun person, high spirited and just cool to be around. I will always keep you close to my heart.

Dear Joyce,
Tiffany enjoyed life and she truly loved that little girl, Kennedy. Always dressed nice! I was deeply saddened when Tee told me that she had died. When you loose a loved one,especially a daughter, it is difficult to find words that will ease the pain because the grief is so great. Isaiah 33:24 assures us that there will be a time when no resident will say I am sick. It's hard to imagine. But, it is a promise from God and we know that he can not tell a lie. Everything that causes us pain, according to his words at Revelation 21:4, will be done away with. In the upcoming days, weeks and months, may his peace, which excels all thought, remain with you and your family.
